Registration for FAOPS 2027 will open soon. Participants are encouraged to register early to benefit from reduced fees and to secure participation in optional events with limited capacity.

All registration fees are quoted in MYR and are inclusive of Malaysian Sales and Service Tax (SST).
Registration Fees
- The full registration fee covers the 4-day congress and includes access to all scientific sessions, congress materials, exhibitions, the welcome reception, and refreshments during scheduled morning and afternoon tea breaks and lunches. The gala dinner is not included in the registration fee and may be purchased separately.
- All symposium speakers and abstract presenters (oral and poster) must complete registration and payment by the specified deadline to confirm their presentation slot in the scientific programme. Failure to do so may result in removal from the programme.
- MSPP member symposium speakers may register under the MSPP member category at the applicable Early Bird rate.
Student registration is applicable to full-time students enrolled at an educational institution for the academic year(s) 2026–2027. Student registrants must present a valid student ID at the registration desk. Failure to provide proof of student status will require payment of the full registration fee. - Accompanying guest registration includes access to the welcome reception and gala dinner only.

- Bank transfer (applicable to local delegates only)
- Local purchase order (applicable to Malaysian Government Agencies only)
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation before 15 March 2027: 100% refund, minus administrative processing and bank charges.
- Cancellation made from 15 March to 31 May 2027: 50% refund of the total paid registration fee.
- Cancellation after 31 May 2027: non-refundable.
- No-shows: non-refundable.
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed within three months after the Congress. Any charges imposed by banks and credit card issuers will be borne by the registrant.
- In the event that the Congress is cancelled, the Organiser will refund the registration fee to participants. However, the Organiser will not be liable for any other associated costs, including accommodation and travel expenses, or any inconvenience incurred due to the cancellation. Participants are therefore advised to arrange their own travel insurance.
