FAOPS 2027 Registration
How to Register
Registration is completed through the FAOPS 2027 online registration portal.
- Create an AccountNew users must first create an account on the FAOPS 2027 website.
- Log InLog in using your registered email address and password.
- Complete Your RegistrationOnce logged in, proceed to Congress Registration to select your registration category and complete payment.
Registration Fees
FAOPS 2027 will take place over four days, from 31 July–3 August 2027. Standard Congress registration includes access to the full four-day scientific programme, with daily lunch and coffee breaks included, together with other applicable registration entitlements.
All registration fees are quoted in MYR and are inclusive of 8% Malaysian Sales and Service Tax (SST).

Group Registration
Groups of 5 or more participants are eligible for a 5% discount on the total registration fee during the Early Bird registration period.
Important notes
- A minimum of 5 paying participants in the same registration category is required to qualify for the group discount.
- The 5% discount will be applied to the total eligible registration fees invoiced.
- All participants must be registered together, and the total group registration fee must be paid in a single consolidated transaction.
- Once payment has been made, changes to registration categories will not be permitted.
- Group registration fees are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation or no-show.
- Participant substitution is permitted until 30 June 2027, subject to prior written notification to the FAOPS 2027 Secretariat. The substitute participant must be eligible for the same registration category.
- The group registration discount cannot be applied retrospectively to individual registrations or separate payments.
- Group registration is processed manually. Please contact the FAOPS 2027 Secretariat before registering or making any payment.

Registration Entitlements
- The full registration fee covers the 4-day congress and includes access to all scientific sessions, congress materials, exhibitions, the welcome reception, and refreshments during scheduled morning and afternoon tea breaks and lunches. The gala dinner is not included in the registration fee and may be purchased separately.
- All symposium speakers and abstract presenters (oral and poster) must complete registration and payment by the specified deadline to confirm their presentation slot in the scientific programme. Failure to do so may result in removal from the programme.
- MSPP member symposium speakers may register under the MSPP member category at the applicable Early Bird rate.
- Student registration is applicable to full-time students enrolled at an educational institution for the academic year(s) 2026–2027. Student registrants must present a valid student ID at the registration desk. Failure to provide proof of student status will require payment of the full registration fee.
- The Teaching Workshop is held concurrently with the congress and is available as an optional add-on exclusively for registered congress delegates.
- Accompanying persons are registered as an optional add-on by a registered delegate. Accompanying person registration includes access to the welcome reception and gala dinner only.
Payment Methods

- Local purchase order (applicable to Malaysian Government Agencies only, please contact us for details)
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation before 15 March 2027: 100% refund, minus administrative processing and bank charges.
- Cancellation made from 15 March to 31 May 2027: 50% refund of the total paid registration fee.
- Cancellation after 31 May 2027: non-refundable.
- No-shows: non-refundable.
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed within three months after the Congress. Any charges imposed by banks and credit card issuers will be borne by the registrant.
- In the event that the Congress is cancelled, the Organiser will refund the registration fee to participants. However, the Organiser will not be liable for any other associated costs, including accommodation and travel expenses, or any inconvenience incurred due to the cancellation. Participants are therefore advised to arrange their own travel insurance.
