Call for Abstracts
The Scientific Committee of FAOPS 2027 invites the submission of original research abstracts for presentation at FAOPS 2027, held in conjunction with the 40th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Malaysian Society of Pharmacology and Physiology.
FAOPS 2027 will convene leading scientists, clinicians, educators, and emerging investigators to present rigorous, innovative, and impactful research that advances the frontiers of the physiological sciences and their intersection with pharmacology and related biomedical disciplines.
Submissions spanning fundamental, translational, clinical, and educational research are welcomed, provided they align with the congress theme, The Marvels of Life and Beyond.

Presentation Types
- Oral Presentation
- Poster Presentation
- Final assignment at the discretion of the Scientific Committee
- FAOPS 2027 supports early- and mid-career investigators, with attention to career-stage balance in oral sessions
Eligibility & Ethics
- Abstracts must report original work
- Each individual may submit only one abstract as the presenting author. There is no limit to co-authorship on additional submissions
- Ethical approval declaration required for human/animal studies
- Conflicts of interest must be disclosed
Peer Review
- All submissions will undergo peer review
- Evaluation will be based on scientific merit and thematic relevance
- The Committee reserves the right to assign presentation format and session placement
