SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE
Terms & Conditions
• Sponsored Lunch Symposium: 60-minute slot; programme and speakers subject to Scientific Committee approval.
• Booth allocation is based on sponsorship tier and payment confirmation.
• Delegate list access is subject to PDPA compliance and opt-in consent.
• Complimentary registrations may be assigned by the sponsor to nominated delegates and include full access to the Congress scientific programme and exhibition area, including meals and refreshments.
• Exhibitor badges are intended for booth personnel and include access to the exhibition area, meals and refreshments, but exclude access to the scientific programme. Additional exhibitor badges may be purchased at RM 1,500 per person, subject to availability.
• Delegate bag inserts must be supplied by the sponsor in sufficient quantities for all delegate bags and delivered by the specified deadline. All inserts are subject to Organising Committee approval. Additional insert types may be purchased at RM1,000 per type.
• All sponsorship benefits and allocations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Organising Committee.
ADVERTISING & BRANDING OPPORTUNITIES
• All opportunities are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment confirmation.
• Artwork specifications and submission deadlines will be provided upon confirmation.
• Other in-kind sponsorship opportunities may be considered, subject to prior agreement on value, specifications, branding and delivery requirements.
• Plenary/Keynote Session Sponsorship includes sponsor acknowledgement and branding; scientific content remains under the Congress Scientific Committee.
• All scientific programme sponsorships are subject to Scientific Committee approval.
• Award sponsorship includes sponsor acknowledgement; award selection remains under the sole responsibility of the Congress Scientific Committee.
• Video advertisements must not exceed 30 seconds and will be replayed during designated session breaks. Content is subject to Organising Committee approval.
• Delegate bag insert fees apply per type of insert. All inserts are subject to Organising Committee approval.
